Connecting
We search the company database and labor market for suitable candidates, using diverse networks to expand our reach and find top talent within 7 days
Interviewing
We will qualify candidates using an assessment matrix based on our strict criteria
Signing contract
The client will sign a contract with the candidate, and proceed with the payment of the agreed-upon fee as previously discussed.
Onboarding
We will assist the candidate in integrating into the company culture and team dynamics, ensuring a smooth transition. Additionally, we will support them in building long-term commitment and engagement with the company.
Supporting
We will follow up with both the client and the candidate to gather feedback on the placement and make adjustments if necessary. In case a candidate resigns or is deemed unsuitable, we provide a 1-to-1 replacement warranty within 60 days.
